Where do I begin? Honestly I could stand up here talking to you all day about the memories I have with my grandmother and the amazing person she was. But as it where, if your sitting in this room, it means that you knew her. and if you knew her it means I dont have to describe the amazing person she was. I think she did a fantastic job of showing just the person she was to everyone she's met. She was Beautiful, both inside and out. Loving, kind, strong, forgiving, overall a worthy role model to us all on what it means to be a good parent, grandparent, aunt, sister, friend, you name it. At the end of the day what it means to be a great person.

Over the years I've learned alot from her. Being that thats a very very long list I'll just name a few. First one of those being growing up grandma always had a garden. And little ol me loved learning how to grow it. And she loved to teach me. I have very fond memories of walking through the garden picking the fresh veggies for dinner that night. And Grandma would always let me eat some fresh pees and green beans off the vine. they were my favorite and she new it. She also taught me all about our family geneology. We would sit there for hours and hours on end looking at the names, researching where they came from, what they did, and how we ended up here. For those whom are unaware I love history so that was always one of my favorite things to do.

The list can go on and on but I think the most important thing she ever taught me was what it means to love and to be loved. Starting from the love she between her and my grandfather. The love they shared for eachother is something you only ever see in a fairytales. Undeniable proof that there are such things as soulmates. They are the defintion of the phrase "relationship goals". To both of them I would like to say thank you. Thank you for sharing with me what that looks like. Therewithall she loved her family more then anything in this world. She cherrished every last moment she got to spend with us. And would not trade those moments for the world.

I recognized this may be getting a little long. Its hard not to be when talking about such an amazing person. But recognizing that we've got a schedule to keep. I will go ahead and start bringing this to a close. Grandma I Love You, from the deepest parts of my Heart and soul. Thank you for always being there for me when I needed, listening to my problems bringing this family together and helping to create the many amazing memmories I have with you and the rest of our family. There will forever be a missing piece in my heart with you gone.

To everyone in this room i just want to say one last thing. My grandmoher loved and cared for each and everyone of you. thank you for coming here to celebrate the life of this wonderful woman.

I love you Grandma!

My whole life I never really had any grandparents that I could get to know or that cared about me until I met Jeannie. The second Jeff brought me over to meet her she welcomed me with open arms and immediatly said I was family. I will forever be grateful to have had a Grandma who genuinely cared and loved me like a granddaughter. Even in the short time I had of knowing her.

She had a heart of gold that she wore on her sleeve. I will always remember how welcoming she was and always and always made sure we have eaten.

My favorite memory is when I took her to a doctors appt. she told everyone I was her soon to be Granddaughter in-law and after we went for a bite to eat. Thank you Grandma for loving and accepting me into the family and for the memories we made. You'll always be my favorite grandma.

Thank you Jeff for sharing her with me. Till we meet again Grandma. Much love. Krystal.

Norma Jean Fowler Young, Jeannie, my sister, is about 8 ears older than me. she told me once that when I was born she would dress me and play with me like I was her baby doll. She was very protective of me. As I was growing up, I could always count on her when I needed someone to call.

I knew how special she was. She was so understanding and so supportive. When I was younger, if I got into a fight with my mom, I'd call her for comfort.

I remember my mom letting me go stay with her for weekends and that was such a treat for me. I loved every one of her babies, and I loved spending time watching them.

We could share the best secrets, we would have the best talks, and we would laugh and laugh. She always found humor in things. She was always positive. She was like a bright light in the room. She was everyones favorite. I thought of her as an angel on earth, and I wanted to grow up and be just like her.

She was not only my sister, but my friend, whom I will miss everyday. She knew I loved her even though I was so far away.

I was supposed to write memories...

I have so many, I ran away from home one time, she came to find me. Then when I was ready I went to wyoming and drove her and her kids back to Utah in my mustang. When I was in third grade, she made me a prairie dress. It was my favorite dress. She also helped sew all my dresses, I use to tell her, she should make a business out of it, She would just giggle. This talent didn't stop there, she made all kinds of baby clothes and crochet many many blankets.

She was putting family albums together with all the photos she could find. She also had a beautiful voice when singing. she loved the monkeys band!

She was also an excellent cook. I'd call her for recipes and in those conversations I'd find out she made everything from scratch. We loved camping and visiting. We loved going on July 24th to Wallsburg rodeo. Letting our kids play and then watching fireworks in Heber, with her family.

My kids loved Aunt Jeannie's animals. I know she really looked forward to our sibling lunches. And when I could fly back home to visit and celebrate our birthdays.

I dont know anyone or child who didn't love her. I will miss my sister, my best friend, my councelor, and the support system. The person SHE WAS, will be forever in out hearts.

I love you and I will see you again. My Sister.

Lunch with Grandma by Eli

Grandma enjoyed going to lunch with her loved ones. Recently I went with Grandma and Mom to a Doctor appointment. Afterwards Grandma wanted lunch at Kings buffet, Grandma thought it was so funny when I captured moms attention, threw a tentacle into my mouth and grossed her out. We laughed, that was a good day. Lunch at kings buffet will always be a favorite memory.
